Perfect
I love my 2013 Kia Rio. It has power windows and anti lock brakes which is awesome, and the black color looks great! It can hold quite a bit of luggage in the trunk. It's also good for transporting friends or children. It has good gas mileage and is cheap to fill up.

It does its job, but not much else!
This car was bought for me and my wife from her parents in 2014 and it had under 10k miles. It has been a very reliable car for us. While it is a base model and does nothing fancy, it is a cheap car to maintain and has never given us any problems. We have traveled long distances in it multiple times and it is a very comfortable drive. Due to its small size, it is very cheap to repair or do any maintenance on it. It is a cheap car, so we didn't expect a lot out of it. However, we do wish it had more safety features and was built with better quality materials (at least for the exterior and frame; the interior is very high quality). I feel that if we wrecked, we would not be very safe because of the size of the car and cheap materials it was built with. It also doesn't have cruise control, which I thought all newer cars did (I had a '93 that had cruise control, but this is only a problem when going on trips). Besides routine maintence (oil change, new tires, etc.) we have not had to fix anything else with this car. Though the materials it is made with are cheaper, everything tends to last long and work great. If someone is looking for a cheap, reliable (but newer) car to get around, this is a great option... just don't expect a lot of features or safety.
