The price was right when I purchased my car new at $22.000. It has great road clearance for dirt roads or freeway. I didn't want a black car, and there was a good reason the paint had started fading out in about six years. The plastic lower body molding was a bust. Also, the plastic push in keepers would come loose, and you would have to push them back together. Within the first two years, the entire inside plastic panels for the doors and in the back would lose their screws, and you had to put them back in or listen to rattles, but the fold down seats in the back is what sold me in the first place. It has enough room to shop all day or load up 30 bags of concrete mix for the small do-it-yourself home job. I was pleasantly surprised how the spare tire cover on the back end of the car still does not rattle. And the best feature is how I can reach the pedals for a mid-size car only being 4'11". Main reason why I would not recommend would be the mileage, around 20 to 22 mpg, and if the wind is blowing, you're lucky to get 18 mpg.
