Chevy Blazer
I have owned the Chevy Blazer for 2 years, I bought it used. It has performed great for me with little that had to be done to it considering its age it is in good condition. I have triplet teens so the size of the back seat is great they all fit. This is a compact blazer but yet still roomy. The engine is one of the best part of the Blazer. It is in great condition no oil leaks and it does not burn oil. The down fall to the blazer is it is old so many more things can go wrong with it but on the brighter side it is old so parts are cheaper and labor is a lot less or you are able to work on it yourself. The 1998 Blazers engine is easily accessible and most parts are with in reach. This vehicle only has 158 thousand miles on it and was well maintained for as old as it is. I would really recommend this vehicle to other people if they are looking for a decent used vehicle. Just because it is old does not mean it isn't worth trying it out they are cheap enough so what the heck.

2005 Chevy Blazer
I bought my Chevy Blazer new 10 years ago, and other than regular maintenance for oil changes, wheel alignments, etc., I've only had to take it into a shop once in that entire time. I broke something in the front axle after hitting one of the many post-winter potholes. I just recently crossed over the 100,000 mile mark, and I have to say this has been the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. I love my truck, and I ha e taken it on numerous road trips and adventures. As for the cons, I really don't have any. It's been a great vehicle. My Blazer is beginning to show its age, but it's mostly cosmetic. I've managed to rip a small hole in the driver's seat. My heater quit working this past winter. Overall, I've been very happy and have no regrets with my purchase. My only complaint is that the back seat is a little difficult to access. I wish I had gotten the 4-door model.
