I previously owned a used 2003 Chevy Equinox. It was red and the color was easy to find when I was unsure of where my car was located. The vehicle was easy to drive in the snow and other weather conditions that the state of Ohio. Overall, the Chevy was a good car for someone who is looking for a start up sport utility vehicle. However, the Chevy Equinox does not get good gas mileage. I would have to fill up my tank weekly which can lead to be expensive depending on your income. Also, I had issues with the engine and other utility parts of the vehicle. Due to the year of the vehicle, unfortunately, the parts that were needed were not worth replacing.

My 2013 Chevy Equinox was worth it.
I bought the Equinox because it got a combination of great performance, handling, reliability and mileage reviews. I was not disappointed in any of these aspects. It has been a great car for the family as well as for me to drive as my primary commuting vehicle.

What made this dealership great is that I never felt like I was pressured into making a purchase. Most of the other dealerships that I had been to immediately started trying to talk me into a car that I wasn't interested in and couldn't even afford. At Jake Sweeney they instead gave me some distance and let me browse the lot by myself first to see what they had. Then the rep asked me a few questions to get an idea of what I was looking for and what my budget was. They also never made me feel like less of a customer because of the fact that I was looking for a modestly priced used car instead of something brand new.

They are always friendly! There was no pressure to buy. They made the process of buying my Spark easy and stress free. We first went to the Cuyahoga Falls branch, but the car I wanted to look at wasn't there. Instead of steering me toward a different car, the salesman called the Stow branch to make sure the Spark was there. Then he drove to the Stow dealership with us and introduced us to the owner. Both owner and salesman made sure we felt no pressure to buy. The Spark is a good car, but I would buy from them again because of the way the people there have always treated me, not just when I bought the car but every time I bring it for service.
