Great SUV!
As a previous Escape owner, I purchased my 2013 Ford Escape as it was a complete redesign of the previous model. Now with about 55,000 miles on it, I still love the vehicle and would buy a third one. The ride is comfortable and quiet. (The wind noise was greatly minimized from the previous design.) It handles extremely well, and the 2.0L Eco Boost engine is surprisingly powerful. The gas mileage is a good 24 combined city/highway. The interior is spacious and can fit five adults comfortably. Flipping down one or both back seats gives a lot of room for any type cargo. I use my vehicle to tailgate prior to Ravens home games, and it gives me plenty of room to haul my grill and gear. After five years there are still no rattles or lose interior (or exterior) pieces. I absolutely love the panoramic sun roof! I still have the original tires and brakes. The only non-standard repair I've done on the car was to replace the O2 sensor. There are only a few downsides to the car. First, the seats have no lumbar support and are not very comfortable for long trips. The standard Sync radio system is basic and bland. Finally, the engine compartment is extremely tight so anything from an oil change, battery replacement or other repairs are difficult to do yourself.

Awesome family vehicle
We bought the vehicle used with about 21,000 miles on it. The car is perfect for a small family. There's plenty of space in the back, and when you lay down the seats, you have a ton of room for hauling things. The car rides nice and has an attractive interior. We have the Eco Boost, which you can feel. It really makes a difference in acceleration. Gas mileage is good. The car has built-in four-wheel drive and senses when it's needed, so no need for switching or shifting. It does have a manual mode, so if you want more control, that's an option as well.

Buying a car there was not a very good experience. It was simply the closest dealership when I needed a car. There was one sales manager there who was exceptionally competent, but the other employees I dealt with were pushy and more concerned with getting good reviews on their work than actually doing good work.

Unfortunately this dealership has horrible customer service. They will not provide military or student discounts on certain cars without telling you and they are very shady. But unfortunately they had the car I wanted to I bought it.
