Not the best but not the worst
It is a decently priced midsize SUV. It can hold all of my children when the third-row seat is up and is very spacious in the back when the third-row seats are folded. It looks nice, has an easily accessible roof rack. It tows well. I have hooked up several different kinds of trailers, and it pulls just fine. I wish the pedals moved for better adjustment. The way the seat and the pedals align makes my legs and hips hurt. The cup holders are okay, and there are plenty of jacks to plug in mobile devices. The gas mileage could be better it doesn't get what it says it should. I have had to put a good bit of work into it. For instance, the water pump broke, and even though the part was very cheap, it cost a fortune to replace because of where it was positioned in the car and took a lot of labor hours to fix it. Mine doesn't have the sun roofs that a lot of them come with, I wish it did, but I talked to another owner who had them and she told me to be glad I didn't because they have been known to leak. I can't get my phone to hook up to the Bluetooth in the radio. Even though it acts like its connected, it won't play music, so that's frustrating. It still has an axillary port, but who wants all those wires in a wireless world?

Ford Escape, great vehicle for getting the job done.
The Ford Escape is a great vehicle that has very few, if any, flaws. Since owning this car, I have only had to replace the battery once and no other troubles have occurred ever. The four-cylinder engine makes for a smooth ride driving to and from work or school. The Ford Escape is also quite spacious and has plenty of room for storage or taking the family on a cross-country vacation. What I enjoyed most about this vehicle was that I could always count on it to run properly, even in adverse weather. Reliability is a major concern when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle and the Ford Escape settled those concerns and made a vehicle that I have counted on for plenty of years now. What I dislike most about this vehicle is the four-cylinder engine. My previous vehicle was a sports car so the difference in horsepower was noticeable. However, I no longer had a desire or need for a sports car and the Ford Escape was the perfect fit for my desires and needs. I would definitely recommended the Ford Escape to a friend or colleague because it is hands down the best vehicle that I have ever owned.

Quick Lane does not exists here. I called to see the wait time, no one answered and the mailbox was full. I still stopped by with hopes my phone timing was off. NOPE this place is a joke. Guy informed me (In a rude manner) that it would be about 2 hours and I can come back after 6pm.

The staff was knowledgeable, treated my entire family with respect. They also went out of their way to make sure that the car buying experience was enjoyable to the point that 4 years later I am considering traveling back to FL to purchase a car from them again, despite the fact I now reside in VA.
