Not the best SUV, but not the worst either
The car can be characterized as an SUV. Not quite so sporty, much like something a soccer mom of two kids would drive. The car was moderately comfortable to sit in, but the seats are not leather, which makes it get dirty quickly and thus uncomfortable. The car has a decent amount of space, and some space in the back, but it definitely was not as space efficient as some smaller cars that offer the same amount of space. The amount of leg room was pretty average. The car is good enough to drive; it does have a comfortable emergency brake handle directly to the right of the driver seat, as expected. However, the acceleration and brake functions are noticeably poor compared to many other SUVs, such as the Toyota Highlander. This does not feel like a problem if it is the only vehicle being driven, but if you are frequently switching between driving multiple cars, it is extremely noticeable and a little alarming to have to press the brakes/gas so hard. Gas mileage was not the best, it probably averaged about 20 miles per gallon. Since it is a 2008 model, it does not have many high-tech features in newer cars, such as Bluetooth connection and GPS. The car was very affordable though. Overall, this car is the least enjoyable to drive compared to other cars I have owned, and it is not fuel efficient, so I would not recommend this car.

Great Hatchback for the price
I bought this vehicle three years ago. I have always bought Hondas, but my dealer also carries Hyundai, so I took a chance on it and so glad I did. This car is made in Korea and as all Korean made cars, it is quality. No rattling, everything is tight and solid. Doors slam shut with a quality sound. This car is an all-wheel drive, but also can be used in a 4x4 mode. It's pretty amazing. It goes through snow as if it isn't there. It's been reliable, so far, with no problems. The body is holding up well in our rust belt area, which is surprising. Only problem I had was the skid plate bolts rusted. It is good on gas and has lots of cargo space for what I need.
