Good Gas Mileage
I have a 2006 Mazda3 and it is currently at 105,000 miles. One of the pros is that it gets pretty good gas mileage. One of the cons is that I feel it dents easily. I have a lot of dings on my car from driving on the highway. That could just be how cars are made these days. I do feel the car is pretty comfortable but I think the mirrors might be oddly placed. I always feel the need to look over my shoulder to make sure there is no one in my blind spot. I haven't had any serious issues with the vehicle, which is good. An issue I had early on with the vehicle was not taking it to the dealership for oil changes. Someone stripped the undercarriage and decided to tie it back up with zip ties. I ended up hitting the undercarriage on low pavement. I wouldn't say this is an issue with the car, just the mechanic I took it to didn't do things properly because they weren't use to my vehicle or didn't have the right tools. Also, my front headlights always go out. I thought there might be an electrical issue, but there isn't. I am constantly changing my headlights. Overall, this car is not bad.

Mazdas are reliable and fun
I got this vehicle new about 10 years ago, and it has held up very well. I like the tight turning radius and the ease of acceleration, and I feel like I have a great deal of control behind the wheel. The only issues I have had with the car are that the transmission isn't available after market, so when I had to have it replaced it was much more expensive than it might have been for a Ford or honda. I really don't use the manual feature of the automatic manual transmission, so I don't think I would choose that kind of transmission again.
