An exceptional economy car
The Mazda 3 is one of the most reliable, well-performing, and attractive cars I’ve ever owned. It has the price of a standard sedan but is styled in a way that makes it look like a much more expensive and higher-class vehicle. I’ve owned it for about four years now and haven’t had a single issue with performance or build quality, and it’s held up to a number of New England winters without any engine problems like my last vehicle had. It can comfortably hold five passengers and has a very spacious trunk so it makes a great car for going on trips with friends or doing errands such as grocery shopping. The Mazda 3 makes use of a really interesting series of mechanical tweaks that the company calls “SkyActiv” mechanics, which all act to improve the fuel economy and performance of the vehicle over a standard midsize sedan. Because of this it gets exceptional gas mileage and still has great acceleration, handling, and feels incredibly fun to drive. It has a beautiful leather interior that’s very attractive, along with a Bose sound system and built-in navigation that make it appear much more expensive than a mid-class sedan. One very interesting thing about this car is that it features a hybrid transmission, which normally switches gears automatically but can also be switched into manual mode for those who prefer to operate stick shift when they drive. It’s been a wonderful car and I would highly recommend the latest model to anyone in the market for a general-purpose vehicle.

Great car for a reasonable price
The Mazda 3 is a great car! I really like the good gas mileage it gets, about 30 miles per gallon depending on highway vs. local driving. I also feel like it hasn't required more than normal repairs. It is not great in the snow. So for this, I have had to buy snow tires and switch them every year. The car is also quite small, which isn't a problem for me, but is a problem for taller passengers. There isn't a lot of room in the car, so bringing things around can sometimes be difficult, just have to be a little more creative in how to fit things in. The back seats do fold down for an extra hole into the trunk. The trunk is good size. Overall, I think that the car looks pretty cute.
