Very reliable
I bought my Pontiac vibe in a hurry because my previous car needed a lot of expensive repairs. I am an artist, and I wanted a vehicle that could carry large pieces. The Vibe fit the bill. I also do a lot of antiquing, so that is another reason I need a larger storage vehicle. The other thing I really like about the Vibe is that it is very reliable. I have had very little repair needed on this vehicle in the seven years that I have had it. It had low miles when I got it, and I was very confident that I was getting a good deal. Mileage is good at about 27 miles per gallon average. I like the Bluetooth and GPS it came with. I'm not sure if those are factory options or aftermarket, but I rely on the GPS very much. I recently had a job change, and it is amazing how little gas I am using now. Also the air conditioning works great. I like the sun roof and the rear window defroster, and I like that it sits higher than my previous car. One reason I needed the higher seating is to accommodate my elderly mother who could not get into a low sports car. My car also has adequate storage for small items such as coins, coffee cups and sunglasses.

Quality Family Car
We bought this car after our last car died a quick death. We were looking for a solid family car and the Pontiac Vibe came highly recommended. It's almost ten years old, we've driven it as our main vehicle, and it's still going strong (with regular maintenance). We have a small child and his infant car seat, and then his larger convertible car seat, fits really well in the back. It can carry all of our stuff when we go on road trips (which we do often). It's very stylish on the outside. I would even say it's "cute." The seats are comfortable (and clean easily) for those long trips. We typically get about 30 miles per gallon, so we feel like that's a good value (though we wish the gas tank was bigger; it's about 11 gallons). Overall, it's just a solid, quality, family car!
