The sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable. There wasn't any high pressure sales tactics, they just let me find the car I was looking for and then waited for me to ask my questions. They were also very helpful after the sale when I have brought my vehicle in for service. This is very important when purchasing a vehicle in my opinion.
