BEST. CAR. EVER.
This is definitely the best vehicle I've ever had to date. I purchased it when it was six years old and only 76K miles on it. I've used it to do 3 hour commutes each way to work and to drive out of state for vacation at least twice a year, and like a Timex, it takes a licking and keeps on ticking. However, it could not withstand the impact of having a deer hit the hood. Though now technically a 'totaled' vehicle, surprisingly, the engine is a beast that won't die, so it still starts and runs like a charm. I did a lot of research before purchasing this vehicle. The 2002 model was the last year Toyota made the Corolla this small size. In 2003, the company started to make the Corolla considerably larger, which I did not care for. The vehicle handles speed and curves like a well-tuned race car. Because of its smaller size, it is very ideal for parking spaces as it can squeeze in anywhere and you are still able to open the door! Because it is such a small car, if you are a tall person, you find your legs and knees are way too close to the steering wheel. Though the steering wheel can be tilted, it cannot raise high enough to make room for long legs. It seats five in the vehicle, but only children would be comfortable in the back seat. The trunk size is adequate for the size of the car. When looking for replacement parts, they are not hard to find at auto shops as this is a very popular model.

Sporty, eco-friendly, comfortable, and exceptional value
I've owned this car for about one year, and in that time, I have not had a single problem. Everybody knows Corollas are some of the most reliable cars on the market, and Toyota Care makes it easy to get your first several basic maintenance done. The gas mileage is amazing. In the city, I get close to 30 mpg, and on the interstate, I've gotten better than 40 mpg. With the low price of the car, it's been very easy on my wallet. This model generation (2012-2017) is very attractive, and the S-Plus trim adds some sporty looks. It also has a performance edge, with front- and rear-disc brakes, alloy wheels, a spoiler, and paddle shifters for when you need to go down a big hill or pass a slow car. The CVT has no rubber-band feeling and has plenty of speed when you need it. Don't let the fact that it's a compact fool you. I'm 6'4" and find both the driver and passenger seats extremely comfortable. The back is a little smaller than me but still okay, and most people are shorter so find it plenty roomy. The trunk is surprisingly large as well. The sport fabric seats stay cool enough in the summer. The fit and finish are very good for a budget compact, and there is only minor road noise. The electronics package is great for a car of this price. It comes with a back-up camera that's been very helpful, as well as built-in Bluetooth and USB. The downside is it's difficult to pair the message function with my phone, though my fiancée's iPhone and my previous Samsung paired fine. All in all, 9/10.

Nothing in particular. They had the car that I was looking for at a reasonable price.

Tammy, the lady that sold us the car, helped us for two days straight. She helped us look and look for cars. I mean, we went through what felt like every freaking car on that lot. It finally came down to finding out that the GM had the car that I was looking for. He had been test driving it out for his granddaughter. It was perfect. She knew that as a mom I needed something that was going to fit my carseat and my stroller and all my other junk, and something that wasn't going to be a pain for me. Also, since I am so short I needed to be able to see over the wheel :) She made all that happen for me. AND she got a good trade in for my Bug. She was the best. Everyone out there was great. She also didn't mind that I was so picky. <3 that place. I would go back next time.
