I've only had to have the car in for service a handful of times, but each time they were terrific, and in every case the repair was in warranty and I never felt like they were trying to sell me anything I didn't need.

The staff were pretty welcoming and helpful. I felt that the staff were genuinely experienced and trustworthy overall. They made the buying process fairly smooth, and were willing to reasonably negotiate on prices after describing my financial situation. They had a variety of models, colors and options available to choose from.
