Fixed some smaller things while they were at it, like replacing the battery in my key fob. The bulk of the fee was for parts; labor fee was reasonable for SV. Told me the car should be ready by the afternoon, and it was. This was my test-run for a place *not the dealership*, which has become ridiculously expensive. I feel pretty good about bringing my car back when it's time for the 100,000 m. service.

I was referred to John years ago. I'll trust him for the rest of my days with my Honda. His customer service skills are exemplary. His knowledge of Honda's and Acuras is extremely impressive. His honesty and customer service skills are the best I've ever seen. He will explain to you what your car needs and why and also explain what it doesn't need and why. He is fair and honest And personable. I am a huge fan of his and Hondas and will be for the rest of my life. I hope he's around for a very long time.
