Everyone was nice and helpful. We didn't have a bunch of salesmen attacking us. It was easy. They were very knowledgeable about all the different cars we test drove. Never tried to up sale us, never pushed in any way. The particular salesman we got was nice and talkative but not over talkative. They also got us a good trade in value for our old car.
