We bought this as a certified used vehicle form a local dealership because our other main vehicle broke down. It has been a great car in the past 2 months since we've owned it. t is insanely comfortable, quick, with great features, an awesome warranty and is very low maintenance.
Story
I haven't had the car long but I just adopted a brand new dog and he fell asleep in the back of it on the long drive home. It was pretty pleasant and the car being so quiet on the inside. helped put our new friend at ease. We had a 3 hour drive and he slept very peacefully.
Pros
I love the speed of this car for being so large and bulky. It has a lot of zip while remaining extremely comfortable. The MPG is great for the type of vehicle it is and I love the built-in navigation features and overall technology in the car itself.
Cons
It tends to not be as responsive to steering input as I would like, but it may be an issue with the linkage or something else. it is a small problem but I do notice it. My wife says she can't, but I can. It could just be me since I am used to my BMW that has a much tighter steering system as a whole. This is a small nitpick because this vehicle is great either way.

The Acura MDX was a decent vehicle, but it doesn't stand out. It costs about $44,000 for the 2016 model, and while the handling, speed, and mileage are okay, you can still get a cheaper one from Toyota or Hyundai. Get one with better handling from companies like Mercedes Benz.
Story
The most memorable story I had was when I drove the MDX to Las Vegas to save costs for plane tickets. There was apparently a power outage in the areas I passed through, so the gas stations I passed by weren't available. I was literally down to the last gallon of fuel before I managed to come across a station that was open.
Pros
The car had good storage space in the trunk, solid handling, spacious interior.
Cons
The car is relatively expensive ($40,000~$50,000) and does not deliver as much as its price should imply; better alternatives are available for both cheaper and more premium variants elsewhere. If you want really good quality, it's best to shell out $10,000 more for a more premium SUV or cut down the costs to a more affordable version from Honda, Toyota, Hyundai, Lexus, etc.

No less than three dedicated customer service employees working the office while the mechanics are doing their thing. Courtesy cars couldn't be easier to use. I brought in my 2002 Acura RSX because of a check engine light. (nb: the diagnostic test is between $50-60.) AHC explained the service needed clearly and in a non-condescending way. Fixed some smaller things while they were at it, like replacing the battery in my key fob. The bulk of the fee was for parts; labor fee was reasonable for SV. Told me the car should be ready by the afternoon, and it was. This was my test-run for a place, not the dealership, which has become ridiculously expensive. I feel pretty good about bringing my car back when it's time for the 100,000 m. service.

Recently got our new car from this place. 3-stars because their prices were amazing and we got a great deal. But the wait time afterwards was a bit longish. We were told initially that the manager who will sign off the paper work would need another 25-30 minutes to finish up with a client. But after waiting for 3 hours, I ended up taking my son back home so that he could sleep, and my wife stayed behind for another 1.5 hours to finish the paper work. At the end of the night, we got our car. But it was quite some work, but totally worth it!
