2009 Acura TL - I love it
I love this car. It is my second Acura TL and although I have it about 6 years, it still looks and rides as new. The Acura is durable, both inside and outside. The paint has kept its new look and the leather interior is still soft and gorgeous. But the best part of my Acura is the ride, and the fact that the seats can be heated. I am getting older and have some aches and pains from arthritis. The heated seats feel wonderful to me, very soothing. It is a wonderful looking car and has kept its value. It still gets satisfactory gas mileage. I would buy this car again and will probably trade in on a new Acura when I'm ready.
Story
Gosh, we use it all the time to go over to the beach where you can park your car right on the beach.
Pros
Design (good looking car)
Durability
Keeps Value
Quality, inside and out
Fairly economical
Accessories, i.e. Heated seats, GPS, great sound system, etc.
Cons
Could be better on mileage
Can't think of anything else
2015 Acura TL - Advance Package 4dr Sedan (3.5L 6cyl 9A).
I had a TSX. It was great. I have to admit, for the TLX, I was worried about the dual clutch transmission. I worried about Acura getting back to its roots with its sedans. All that has been put to rest. My 2.4L tech TLX has been absolutely great! There are some pretty curvy, hilly roads in Austin and I put the car to a test. It handles amazingly well and the transmission. Awesome! You can feel the gear change from idle on to 2nd gear but that's it. Even then, it's pretty close. The technology is awesome too! I haven't even gotten to the aesthetics. The body looks great and the interior is definitely luxury. Thank you Acura!
Story
It was a good and really funny thing.
Pros
Seamless gear changes and great handling. Bluetooth/phone capabilities are great. Navigation is much better than before. Seats are really comfortable. Dash layout is really nice.
Cons
You can't see the dual exhaust anymore although it's there. I'd rather see it. Fog lights were standard in the TSX. It's not on the TLX.
