I had already shopped around and gotten several prices so I knew what the going rate was. I emailed sierra which was a good hour+ drive from home and let them know I'd head over asap if the offer was fair. The internet department took about 4500 off asking price right away. Which was basically a lot cheaper than all other dealers in riverside/Temecula. It might have been a slow day, it was a Sunday afternoon that I emailed them. I drove in, and was in and out within an hour satisfied.
