I had a wonderful experience over this past 4th of July weekend. I had a car and a price point in mind entering the dealership and was told to find Percy as a recommendation from my friend. I simply gave him what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay for it and he was able to walk me through all of the odds and ends of car buying. I typically feel that buying a car is a hassle of an experience especially experiencing what I had experienced in the past but Percy and Acura of Serramonte was able to restore my faith in the car buying system with excellent customer service, full transparency and getting straight to the point. Five stars from me! Only feedback from my side is that they should have a full time staffed greeter so that you could get directed to someone for assistance.
