This is a brand new, sparkling clean VW dealership. I was interested in purchasing the red dot award winning audi a3, and this dealership advertised a very good condition, used a3. I spoke to Paul over the phone, and then went for a test drive. I loved the car. Paul offered a very fair price on my trade in, a Lexus - and offered that I could take the car home for the night if I needed to think about it. As I drove the car for the next day, I noticed a very faint whistling noise. When I expressed my concern about the whistling noise, Paul and his manager offered to check it out on the spot. About 15 minutes later, they had identified the problem, which was a loose brake booster cable. They fixed this, and offered to add new brake pads, which they also noticed could use replacing. Talk about exceptional service. I purchased the a3 - and 6 months later, I have no buyers regret. Paul is one of the nicest salesman I've ever worked with. They offer free oil changes for life to all their customers - and I always pop in to chat with Paul when I'm there.

I worked with one salesman while I was there, and there was no pressure on me to purchase anything. He answered all of my questions directly and didn't keep me in his office haggling for hours.
