I love how luxurious my car feels. The interior of the car is all leather and has a very sleek/elegant feeling. My car is a turbo and I'm able to switch over from regular drive to motor sport drive for more RPM's and faster acceleration. I absolutely love that and the heated seats. When I drive my car it feels very smooth and I don't feel the gears shifting at all unless I go into manual shifting. All of the extras that are fitting into my car are also a great bonus. There is a compass in my rear view mirror that helps me with directions when I'm lost. There is integrated Bluetooth for my phone and I really like having buttons on my steering wheel to control my music and phone calls. The auto tint on my mirrors at night so that I get a bright glare from other drivers who angle their he... (more)
Story
I ran out of gas on the highway and all I had to do was press the concierge button on my car and they sent a tow truck with gas. The service was free at the time but I did have to pay for the gas.
Pros
The feel and look of the car. The heated seats. The motor sport option. $0 Cost maintenance for the first 4 years or 50,000 miles.
Cons
The high cost of maintenance. The increased insurance rates.

My vehicle is a small 4-door sedan that gets about 25 mpg combined gas mileage. The car is of good quality despite having over 100k miles on her at this point. She drives well, like most German engineering, and handles like she wants to be driven. She's feels heavy but steady. A little tight on internal space and storage/passenger room. She does a good job being a commuter that's still fun and at a great price.
Story
I remember taking a 4-hour road trip in the car to Las Vegas with my best friend and being pretty comfortable for the duration, which I would say is pretty uncommon.
Pros
The things I liked most about this car are the German engineering, the heavy and stable feel to her handling, good acceleration, good gas mileage (not great and driver dependent), and sporty feel. She's relatively smart, and maintenance is relatively straight forward despite having over 100k miles on her. I'm a big fan of utility, and true to German cars, there are a lot of things that feel natural and very 'common sense' about the car. I especially like the navigation system/built-in display.
Cons
The most glaring con to this car is the size, which is a predictable trade off for many of the benefits (size, mileage, sporty handling). She's tight in the cabin, especially for passengers. The trunk space has been sufficient thus far, though anything oversize is not getting moved in this car. Additional con, and a weird observation, is that the buttons for the winds are very far forward on the arm rest for the front seats. It's weird but feels off. I also wish the steering wheel had a mute/off button for the radio. It bothers me that I have to reach the center console to achieve this... (more)

I used Yelp to find T&L and all the hype is true. I have never had a mechanic shop go to such great lengths to save me money while fixing things right the first time and CALL on any change or choices to be made. Chris makes you feel like you are the only person in the world when he talks with you. You feel the sincerity in his demeanor when you talk with him. I had a tranny, exhaust and radiator fixed there.

They were very low pressure and helped me test drive way too many cars without getting annoyed with me. They gave me great financing options and offered actually useful add-ons and service features as a whole. I was relaxed purchasing with them and I typically hate going into car dealerships as a whole. I met the service manager whose name escapes me at the moment but he was very good in answering my questions and even offered a few things for free and said to call him in the future if I had any issues.
