I purchased my BWM 328i new in December, 2009 and have been the sole owner of the car since that time. The car is a joy to drive, it handles the road and drives more smoothly than any care I've ever owned. For the first 4 years, I had the full service package included which was fantastic - I didn't have to pay for much of anything in regards to maintaining the vehicle. The last 2 years I've been off that program, and I've had to pay for annual maintenance and repairs. Since the car is 6 years old, there are parts that do need to be swapped out, but this is to be expected. It's a great car and I expect to drive it for another 6 years.
Story
Well, I've had the car open it's own windows and sunroof twice since I've owned it - luckily it was parked in my garage both times. Definitely plays a memory game with you though - Laugh out loud.
Pros
Handling, Durability, Appearance and Comfort.
Cons
Audio, Lack of sport/economy shifting option now in later models. Cost of parts

There are several pro's for this vehicle, in fact, perhaps too many to list. What I loved most about this vehicle is the color. It's a special shade of blue grey that only BMW produces on it's vehicles. Another outstanding feature of this vehicle is that it came factory with nice sized BMW rims. It has a premium Bose sound system and a sporty look to it. One thing I don't like is how low it sits. I'm a bit old now, so it's not that easy to just hop in and out of anymore.
Story
A memorable story I have about using the vehicle is picking my girlfriend up in it for the first time. It was several years ago and I was a bit younger, so it was pretty exciting. Especially for a kid of my age to have a BMW. I like BMWs honestly for the perception. They also make a quality vehicle. Anyway, I pick her up and she was smiling ear to ear. We drove down the coast and down to Santa... (more)
Pros
Leather seat. Beautiful color. Premium sound system. Factory rims. Sporty appearance. German made.
Cons
Leather is hot when left in the sun and prone to cracking. Has a few blind spots.

They remodeled the dealership a few years ago and it is new. The dealership is huge and has a lot of selections on the cars BMW manufactures. Also there is a proper amount of staff for the amount of traffic at the dealership.

It wasn't that great. They are nice and friendly while you are there trying to buy the car, but when "problems" arise with the car they have less than satisfactory ways of fixing things.
