I love my BMW, it is so much fun to drive.
Story
Just cruising around, not many like mine in this area.
Pros
It is a convertible, has German engineering, BMW is a trusted name. It has heated seats, gets up and goes. Good gas mileage. Repairs are not expensive as most people report.
Cons
They tend to have electrical problems, but it you are technical you can overcome these, by buying a OBD2 cable and using free BMW coding software.

I've wanted a BMW since I was a kid. I always thought that a white BMW looked so classy and elegant. It's such a beautiful car. My 328i has been amazing to own. It drives so smoothly and takes narrow windy mountain roads extremely well. It also accelerates quickly and has a lot of power. The maintenance package that all BMW comes with is also pretty good. I bought the car when it was a few years old, and it was covered under the extended warranty for six total years from the day that it was first sold. So that gave me four years of coverage, which was awesome. Overall, the car has held up well since the warranty has run out. However, the biggest con is how expensive it is to fix if anything goes wrong. Additionally, the cost of oil changes are quit high, however you don't have... (more)
Story
I was driving in the mountains right after I got my car, and I looked down and realized I was doing almost 100 miles and hour with out even realizing how fast I was going. It just drives so smooth and is really easy to go fast and not even realize it, which can lead to trouble sometimes.
Pros
Love how well it drives and how it looks. Love the white color and the leather interior. Love the run flat tires and the maintenance package that all new BMWs come with. Also love the brand recognition that BMW has. Love owning what is considered a luxury car.
Cons
The cost of maintenance once the warranty runs out. It's very expensive to get anything fixed. Also gas prices are high and oil changes cost more. Additionally, you have to find special mechanics that know how to work on BMWs, which can be a hassle.

Outstanding customer service! I went in just to have them look at the brakes on a car I recently bought. John (Jonathan) greeted me, listened to my concerns, made me feel right at home, and then took my car and checked my brakes. He came back quickly, let me know why I was getting the squealing sound, but that they didn't need to be replaced for a while longer. He told me the percentage of life left in them. He did not talk down to me like a lot of places will when dealing with a woman. He conducted himself as though it was a pleasure to help me. He was professional and respectful. I'm pretty sure he also lubricated my brakes because they aren't squealing right now. I will definitely be back if I need them in the future, and I will definitely recommended them to others.

The salesman, Brian, that I worked with in internet sales was fast, courteous, and friendly throughout the sale. When he knew I was interested in the car he went and took pictures of the car before the dealership had time to have them done, crawled around underneath the car in the rain looking for any curb damage, and gave me a thorough idea of how the car was. He also was able to get paperwork sent and processed fast and the car was delivered to me within a week.
