This has been a great car. It only has had a few very minor issues even though this one has been lowered to the point it almost is touching the ground. I have driven this car hard, and at this time, it has about 120,000 miles on it and still looks, feels, and drives like brand new and has never had any serious issues. This car is fast and handles like its on rails and really lives up to BMW's claim to be the ultimate driving machine. The engine is silky smooth and never hesitates to throw the power down to the road. The only one complaint I have is the interior color is black, so it does get mighty hot in the summer. But BMW did include a feature that when you hold the lock button on the remote it opens the windows and sunroof, so if you think about it as you are walking to it, you can... (more)
Story
Following my father to my grandmothers old home in the middle of the national forest. He was driving a big diesel truck with a trailer and was going approx. 135 down one of the straights into the old logging town, and believe it or not, I could not keep up due to the roughness of the road and my specific vehicle being lowered. I started to bounce on every crack and had to slow down. I was asha... (more)
Pros
Reliable, powerful, handles like on rails, and comfortable.
Cons
Gas mileage is terrible, and the computerized system can be difficult to use.

2009 BMW 3 Series - Perfect for me.

I received this car as a gift from my parents on my 16th birthday. I like its sleek design and that it is capable of storing all my CDs. I like that how it drives but am not a fan of the low miles per gallon. Although it is a beautiful first car, I feel like I should have gone with a more practical, cheaper alternative. The car still looks new despite being around 9 years old.
Story
It is not a fun story, but a memorable one. I drove off the freeway into a place where it was flooded. Although I had to get pushed to the side by firefighters, after 10 minutes the car was good and back running.
Pros
I like that it is easier to drive and navigate than a larger sedan or SUV. My favorite features it gives updates on tire pressure or when one is running low on gas, it gives an approximate estimate of the miles available. I like that the interior is nice and has a sleek design.
Cons
I do not like the navigation is not tough screen and requires turning of a central knob to operate. However, I do like that I or another person can input addresses or other destinations while not having to be at a complete stop. It is rather annoying that although the Bluetooth allows phones to be connected, only calls are allowed, but the use of Spotify or other music apps are not supported. I also don't like how the back middle seat is rather small.

This was the most pleasant car buying experience that I have ever had. The salesman fit my payment and price range requirements without hesitation. I did not have to haggle, which made the experience very positive.

They were very friendly. I called ahead to inquire about a car they had online. The salesman was very friendly and had the car ready for me to look at when I arrived. I drove it around and we made a deal. Everything was very fast and easy. I was in and out of the dealership with financing within about 2 hours. It is in a good location and has very professional staff.
