The vehicle is overall of good car. Smooth ride, comfortable, many tools to make drive easier. I enjoyed BMWs care center service. The reps took time to be thorough and clarify any issues. The care center washed and vacuums any vehicle serviced.
Story
I almost got my car keyed because a young lady mistaken it for another vehicle.
Pros
I loved keyless entry, along with console that displayed tire pressure, maintenance schedule and other pertinent information. I feel the car performed very well for the number of miles acquired.
Cons
Car felt cramped, I didn't feel there was adequate leg room for driver. The cost of maintenance is very high relative to the last vehicle I had which was newer.

A great car with a sleek design, quality leather interior and a very smooth drive. Gas consumption is really great, I expected a car like this to eat a lot of fuel but that's not the case. I love to drive this car, it's fast, elegant and powerful. After 10 years I noticed a rattling noise coming from the sunroof that needs to be fixed and another problem I had with it was one of the headlights; the circuitry was old and the materials covering the wires was all eaten and crumbling and it seemed very cheaply made and the headlight was not functioning properly anymore. To get a new one costs about $1500, it has two computer chips that make the light follow the curve of the road besides the normal functioning of the headlight. My husband managed to fix it without having to buy a new... (more)
Story
A dealer at a dealership tried to sell to us a used BMW that was in a terrible condition in my opinion and wanted to rip us off, too. We ran as fast as we could and next day we bought the car that I have now, 10 times better than the one he was trying to sell to us and much cheaper, from someone on Craigslist. Every time we drive by that dealership we laugh.
Pros
Sleek, smooth ride, nice interior and exterior design, great fuel consumption, reliable car.
Cons
Some components are cheaply made (headlight circuitry wires) and it's very expensive to fix. Also, the paint from the BMW logo on the rear end of the car peels of easily.

The dealership was great because it had the car which I was looking for in the exact color, model, and trim. The pricing was the best I've seen in the exact same specifications compared to any other dealer in the area and compared to other sites such as eBay, autotrader, cars. com, craigslist, and etc. The sales rep were easy to do business with, and I had no problems. Even threw in a complimentary detailing job at the time of the purchase. I recommended the dealership to my other friends and family.

Their salesperson, Vanessa Stubbs, was wonderful. She was not pushy and I also felt that she was honest in her assistance. The dealership did not insist on running a credit check on me prior to telling me the price of a vehicle, unlike other dealerships I had visited.
