The atmosphere was far more lively than a standard dealership. They treat their customers with respect and provide amenities upon arrival. When most dealerships only offer you a bottle of water, Valencia BMW offered me a coffee and/or a Soda.

This dealership is close to my house. They always stock the parts I need for maintenance. They have always been friendly and professional. I didn't feel like I was being jerked around when I purchased my car. They were more than helpful when it came to financing. The waiting room is stocked with great food!
