I was given this car by my ex boyfriend. I believe Buicks are very good cars but this car seemed to have a lot of issues with breaking down all of the time. I more so contribute this to it being a somewhat old car.
Story
A memorable story about this car is one time I'd been driving home from school and the car completely broke down on me. I had to pull over into the closest parking lot of a grocery store. I ended up stranded for about 3 hours because I had no money on me to take the bus nor could I get in contact with anyone who could give me a ride. I lived in Miami for school so besides my boyfriend and a fe... (more)
Cons
Several times I've been stranded somewhere because the car would not start and I would have to sit for half an hour or more to let the car cool off before I could get it to start. It also didn't help that my boyfriend's mechanic didn't know what he was doing and would always be quick to say that it was "just the fuel pump" and I didn't know any better than to look for another mechanic at the time otherwise I would've gotten the problem fixed once and for all

The 1995 Buick Lesabre is a solid powerful car. Despite it's age, it runs smoothly and comfortably. Even as a pre-owned vehicle, it's dependable and runs great.
Story
A very elderly lady stopped me in the grocery store parking lot and pointed out her car in the lot. It was the same as mine, and she was the original owner. She felt that we had some weird bond over the cars...
Pros
The car drives with a lot of power behind it. It's easy to accelerate and pass or merge. It's big enough to fit five people comfortably, even if they are "larger" people. It can also fit large dogs! The trunk is large enough for hauling a lot of groceries, laundry, or other purchases. It also looks a bit like the Batmobile, which is kind of fun!
Cons
This car is a gas guzzler-tough on the wallet and the environment. This car is pretty large, so it's tough to park in places where parking spaces are tight, and sometimes it's difficult to open the door and not hit neighboring cars. It's old, and doesn't have a modern stereo, or any modern additions (like GPS, etc.) The back seat is not as supportive as those in the front.

These guys are great. I showed up just browsing for vehicles and they truly went above and beyond helping me out. I talked to a gentlemen named Jim and he was extremely helpful and polite during the whole process. I personally didn't find my vehicle here I was looking for however I referred my friend Jan and she actually ended up buying a new car the next day! Amazing prices and even better customer service.

Well, I had already went to another CarMax in the Denver Metro Area that day. I walked around there lot and decided which cars I wanted and which I did not want. I found the perfect car for me but as it happens that car was pending sale. I went online and found the car I wanted at another Carmax that was actually closer to my home. Went there test drove the car. The dealer was very nice and helpful and I decided there and then that I had to have that car.
