When ever they have my vehicle for something like an oil change they give me a loaner car to drive around so I am not stranded. I like them enough that I've bought a second car through them.

Everyone at the dealership was friendly. The salesman carefully listened to what I wanted in a car and showed me what matched my criteria. He did not try to steer me to a higher priced vehicle. I felt he respected me and my budget. He pointed out all the features of the car and seemed honest when we talked about pricing, deals, etc. I never felt pressured.
