The dealers had the best price on any cars of the same year and model, with same features around. I was looking for a car that suited me. Instead of pushing a new car they showed me some alternative options in the used lot. I test drove a few, went in to buy a certain model and was completely blown away by this other car they showed me. Plus they knocked off a couple hundred bucks!

My purchase was hassle-free. I was sure of the vehicle I wanted, the price I wanted to pay including interest, and I left with my ideal car two hours later for exactly what I intended to pay.
