Overall the Chevy Cobalt is an affordable option for new car owners. It is reliable and durable. Little maintenance is required. The car is greatly built. Car has good gas mileage and no major electrical problems have resulted. Chevy cobalt is great car solution for all age groups.
Story
This car has made some fun memorable stories. One story involves a road trip to the beach with a group of four friends. We ended up missing the exit and driving for over an hour in the opposite direction.
Pros
Chevy Cobalt is easily to use. It is quite easily to use for all ages. Car is great fit for those wanting to get from point A to point B without all the necessary new electronic equipment. Car repairs are easy and simple to fix. No major repairs have been necessary. A/C is great. Car has spacious trunk with rear seats being able to be brought down.
Cons
Chevy Cobalt unfortunately does not have electric windows. Windows are manually controlled. Car is not great for electronic enthusiastic. Car does have recall notices and is difficult to know if car has been fixed and taken for recall repairs. Car has simple car stereo with no AUX or Bluetooth capabilities. Mirrors have to be adjusted manually also. Rear windows are not tinted.

My 2011 Toyota Corolla is my go to car for travel. It does not offer flash or is far from luxurious but it meets my needs.
Story
My family and I have taken two vacations in our Corolla. I enjoy driving the Toyota for long trips because I feel safe and am confident in its reliability.
Pros
1) The Corolla is one of the most reliable cars on the road. This is my second to own. So far I have driven my 2011 Corolla 40,000 miles. It has run perfectly. I expect it to last another 200,000 miles. My last Corolla experienced no problems until it reached 160,000 miles. I traded it in at that point. 2) It gets pretty good gas mileage. I typically get about 30-35 miles per gallon on the highway. You can expect to get about 25-30 in town. 3) The Corolla is inexpensive to maintain. Compared to other makes I have owned the Toyota maintenance costs are less. Toyota offers 'Toyota Care'. The... (more)
Cons
It is difficult to find many things wrong with this vehicle. I do not particularly like the way the vehicle looks. It looks pretty generic and unstylish. The interior is rather cheaply made. If you are into looks the Corolla may not offer you what you want in a car. I do not care how the car looks I am more concerned about durability and quality.
