The best part of this dealer was the customer service. The salesmen were friendly and didn't push me and my parents into anything. They were polite and asked me what I wanted. We had been to other dealers where they tried to sell us whatever they deemed appropriate rather than actually listening to us. It was refreshing to have a down-to-earth person ready to actually help me find a car that was right for me.

I visited the dealership and worked with Neil Prendergast, who had remembered me from previous deals at another, now-defunct, dealership. Neil sent me on a test drive and brought me back in to go over the specifics. Within 30 minutes, Neil had given me what I had asked for in trade on my Civic, written the sales contract to my satisfaction, and arranged delivery. I picked up the car two days later.
