I tried several different dealerships before O'Brien. The thing I hate about shopping for a new car is the pressure. Pressure to buy. Pressure to add options/services I don't want of need. I decided to give O'Brien a shot, since I had seen ads both on the Tv and in my local paper for them. I went in and looked at what they had available. They were friendly, helpful, and didn't pressure me. This was the biggest reason I chose them.

We went there to purchase a new vehicle after ours broke down. The employee that helped us (name slips my mind) was very kind and listened to what we were looking for. He did not try to show us anything but what we wanted and was helping us stay under our price range. They cars looked like they were well taken care of and cleaned out.
