the first thing that excited me about al serra was there dedication to the customer. everyone there was so helpful not pushy at all. and when it came time to talk about credit and all that fun stuff, they were even more understanding. they worked with me to find a car and payment that would fit my budget. plus they worked with me on the down payment to get me in the vehicle and on he road.

Everyone was really nice at this dealership, but in a good way, not in the way that they're just trying to sell cars. I don't have the best credit and they were great at helping me find a car I could afford. I didn't feel forced into buying anything and it was a great experience overall. I will definitely go there again!
