My family has been purchasing trucks from them for years so we have a bond with a particular sales guy. Knowing the salesman is being a salesman he's good at seeming to be our friend and help with anything we got. We normally talk and negotiate down 2~3K, just knowing this is closer to what the dealer paid especially for used vehicle.
