They do their best to make me happy even if they are at a loss for doing so. For example, I took my car in on a lunch break and was given a free rental so I could go back to work even though the fix only took a couple of hours.

We went there to purchase a new vehicle after ours broke down. The employee that helped us (name slips my mind) was very kind and listened to what we were looking for. He did not try to show us anything but what we wanted and was helping us stay under our price range. They cars looked like they were well taken care of and cleaned out.
