I've had nothing but positive experiences when taking my car there to have some work done. It helps that their lounge area is very nice, also. Note - my 'favorite dealership' is not the one where I bought my car. It is, however, the one that I have the most experience with.

From the time I pulled onto the lot (in my old car) until the time I drove off the lot (in my new car), everything was as easy as could be. Polite staff and a good deal that matched what I expected.
