This is my first Chevy and I'm in love! The gas mileage is wonderful. The seats are spacious and comfy. There is lots of room in the trunk. The ride is very smooth and quite. I like that the door lock/unlock button isn't right on the door. It's in the middle console near the radio. The front dashboard is made of some kind of cloth, so it doesn't clean up as nicely. I made the mistake of rubbing it with a paper towel, and it left lots of white little fibers. The top dashboard is made of the usual plastic, etc. I love being able to switch from automatic to manual so easily, just slide the gear shift over to the left. One neat thing found out it has lane change turn signal. If you are just switching lanes, then lightly tap the turn signal and it will blink 3 times. No need to remember to... (more)
Story
I can carry my son's small wheelchair in the trunk.
Pros
My favorite feature is the smooth ride. It's so quiet, and it has great horse power.
Cons
The only negative thing I've come across is that if you don't have a cap (coolant) on tightly, then the automatic start will not work.

I used to own a 2014 Chevy Cruze along with a Chevy Cobalt. Both those cars seemed very small and not very functional. This car has been a huge upgrade from past vehicles. Great gas mileage. Very tech friendly. Very spacious. Smooth ride. Seats are very comfortable over past years. Sound system much improved, Bose in this model. Sunroof is a plus. While spacious, the front can feel a little snug with two large men inside. Auto start/stop feels funny. Heated seats are great. Much quicker speed gain, easy to merge onto highways. Back-up camera is a big safety plus.
Story
It's my escape on the way into work. It's comfortable and I can blast music through the BOSE sound system.
Pros
The Bose sound system is fantastic. The sunroof is a huge plus. The car is very spacious over previous models, especially in the rear. Trunk has plenty of space. Gas mileage is great. Auto stop gets better with age and helps MPG. Turbo helps merging speeds. Handles well in the snow. Seats are much better than past Chevy models. Ride seems smooth. Tech friendly, Apple CarPlay. Infotainment system is great. Headlamps are great, LED. Keyless entry is awesome. Color is cool.
Cons
Small tires. Awkward large rear end. Can be a little snug in the front seat. Road noise can be a bit high. ABS system is loud. Could be a little sportier looking. Engine could be bigger. Gas mileage still has room for improvement. Seat material could stay cleaner. No rear heated seats. No rear USB chargers. Vents don't allow cell phone to be mounted. Could use more storage brighter lights at night. Wish it wouldn't honk when I leave the keys in the car.

They provided me with great service and a great deal on my car. The car i purchased was originally 12,000 and i got it for 10,000. I was uncertain what car i wanted to get when i first got there but they helped me find my perfect match, and i love my new car. I recommend going here for anyone in the Cincinnati area.

They were willing to overlook technical financial approval procedure by accepting more as a down payment and just using general good judgment in interviewing me and asking a few questions that were used to gauge my willingness and feasibility of paying them back. Most dealerships are lazy and follow a rigid approval process that omits risk but costs them potential customers.
