Very solid car
The Equinox is all around a great car. It is well made, has a very comfortable interior and an attractive exterior. It looks like a classy vehicle, but it does not break the bank. In terms of performance, the car runs great on all types of terrain, whether it be residential or a highway. I live in a state with notoriously poor roads, but the Equinox easily traverses it with no problems. It has a very solid sound system, and the seats are comfortable. Equipped with good A/C and heating, so your ride will be comfortable no matter the weather outside. It is also a very spacious car. I am in a band and frequently have to move music equipment, and there is always plenty of space in the car.

Great SUV
This was my first time owning a newer vehicle and an SUV. I chose this vehicle because it has a quiet and smooth ride. Another plus is the adjustable seat, which is great because I am short and can sit up high but also adjust the lumbar and make the seat a custom fit. Some other perks are the heated mirrors and remote start, which is great living in a winter climate but can also be used to cool off car in summer. The only downside was the trunk/cargo space. It's not very roomy but is functional for groceries and my son's sport equipment. I love that it came with OnStar allowing me to use my cellphone to control some aspects of my car, and it gives me updates on maintenance for my car. One of my top favorites is Bluetooth so that I can connect my phone and do most everything hands-free such as GPS, play music and make phone calls.

Excellent Family Car
All around, I really love my Equinox. My husband and I bought it before we had kids but with kids in mind-- I told him I wanted it to have enough space for two car seats in the second row and a large stroller pus groceries in the trunk. In terms of those criteria, it's done exactly that-- more trunk space than we've found in most other cars, especially as you start to look at larger crossovers or small SUVs that include a third row. It handles nicely, although it doesn't have much pickup. It's an attractive car-- I prefer the look of Chevys overall-- and seems to be pretty popular because I notice them around a lot. It hasn't had any major repairs needed in the past three years other than basic tune-ups. It gets decent gas mileage. My one gripe is that, as a shorter lady, I have a difficult time with visibility and blind spots in this car. I find myself sometimes looking out the driver-side window rather than through the windshield when taking left turns because I can't always be sure, with a large section of metal frame in the way, that there isn't a pedestrian crossing or another car coming.

The sales men are very good to work with. The price is right on the vehicle, no guessing involved.

The salesman was great. Not overly showy or obnoxious. Straight to the point and gave us exactly what we wanted.
