The vehicle is built very intuitively, with no awkward seats or design features. It is low to the ground but does not catch the pavement in the driveway. Its center of gravity is balanced enough to not be shaken by the wind or roll in icy conditions. Everything under the hood is easily accessible and understandable even to someone new to vehicles. There's plenty of trunk space, which is a relief to someone who travels often. The shifter being mounted on the side of the steering wheel also frees up extra room in the front seat. Its speed caps at 118 mph, which isn't too bad, and it gets over 30 mpg on the highway.
Story
My vehicle was always the easiest to drive during winter storms in Michigan, compared to other people I knew. The very steady center of gravity made it easy to gauge whether the vehicle was losing control on the road, and though it doesn't have the advantage of four-wheel drive the car is heavy enough that having it spin out was unlikely. I've driven by lines of flipped or snowed-in trucks wit... (more)
Pros
I appreciated the ample space between the front and back seats. It doesn't feel too much like a small car. I also like how sturdy it feels to drive, unlike lighter sedans which feel unsure and jumpy in windy or turbulent weather. I also enjoy that the console between the driver and passenger seat flips up.
Cons
The driver seat does not move forward enough to accommodate someone with shorter legs, so I have to drive slouched somewhat to reach the pedals. The dash is also very hard to remove, and the radio being computer-run makes self-installation of a new media center nearly impossible.

2004 Chevrolet Impala - The Chevy Impala is a very solid car, it stands the test of time.

I have driven my 2004 Chevy Impala for less than a year, but already, I can say that this is a great car. We got it used with over 200,000 miles on it, so we didn't expect much to begin with. But this car drives smooth. There are no knocking or rattling sounds anywhere on the vehicle. The gears on the transmission change as smoothly as they're supposed to. It is also good on gas mileage, getting right around 25 miles per gallon. Finally, the vehicle is large enough to accommodate my family of five comfortably, with plenty of space left over in the trunk.
Story
My son like to go for "bye bye drives." He loves cars, and especially riding in them. On a specific outing, we stopped on the side of the road to see some cows. It was his first time seeing cows in person. It was great to see his reaction.
Pros
I like that the vehicle drives smoothly. With over 200,000 miles on it at the time of purchase, that is an amazing quality. I also like that the vehicle is very spacious. It will accommodate a family of five.
Cons
This car does not have cruise control, which for me is a very important quality. The stereo is also a bit underwhelming. The sound quality is poor, and the stereo features don't work well (ex. a station will not stay programed).

Guaranteed financing and not a lease. Easily applied to 30+ loans not realizing it would destroy my credit with that many requests.
