I own a Malibu, and it is a good family car. A lot of room in the front and back seats for occupants. It drives quiet and has mostly good comfort. The fuel economy is a good high point to this car, and it will often get more than 40 miles per the gallon when traveling on the highway at a reasonable speed. The informative center screen will integrate with my phone using Android auto, and I can even use my Waze app, which integrates directly into the user interface. The engine is quiet and goes down the road just fine. It's a good car in many respects, and I can recommend it to just about any person or family wanting a reliable family car.

This car was a risk from the day I purchased it. The car was barely stable and always felt like it was ready to fall apart. The shocks and suspension were lose and every pothole hit felt like the wheels were going to fall off. There were many repairs and it seemed like the car always needed to be serviced. I would never buy this car, or a Chevy, ever again. I had zero faith in this car.
