2012 Chevrolet Malibu - The Chevrolet Malibu is a smooth-driving, sleek-looking vehicle!
I happen to have a 2012 Silver Chevrolet Malibu LS. I purchased it used because it was the best deal I could get at the time. I like the fact that it looks very sporty. The look and feel of the way it drives makes me feel very secure driving it. I like Chevrolet vehicles. I've always stayed in this same brand. I like the way it feels when it accelerates. It has a very compact feel that I like about it. I drive it only for pleasure, and I enjoy being in it. I like the way it handles the road.
Story
One fun and memorable story I can share is when I drove it from the dealership. I had my mother with me when the car was purchased. So, when I drove it home, I had not noticed until the next day of driving it that the vehicle had a sun roof on it! To my surprise, and my mother's, we were completely blown away by this! We had no idea that this feature was even included on the car!
Pros
The style. The look. The color (silver). The ease of driving it. The way it feels on the road. The smoothness of driving it. The savings on gas. The brand of Chevrolet itself. The enjoyment of driving it.
Cons
The one negative area of this vehicle is that the rear-view mirror has a strange view. It's somewhat smaller than what I'm used to viewing out of. Although you're able to see out of it (obviously, or else why drive it!), it is a bit of a strain.
2015 Chevrolet Malibu - Happy Surprise
This car was on my list of "company cars" that I could select from so I have to admit I was dubious. Once I tested it, however, I was shocked. It's actually a really nice car! It has got lots of room, great options and standard equipment, power and its ride and handling is as good as anything I have driven in 50k plus cars.
Story
About two months ago I took the car on a business trip. I ended up driving a client to dinner. He kept remarking "wow, this is an American car? Its really nice."
Pros
Great options and standard equipment, well made, comfortable
Cons
So so exterior styling, rather bland colors
