Great work truck
I really like my old work truck. It's a 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500. My profession requires me to haul large oxygen tanks to and from my place of business. My truck always starts right up on the first turn, and has been my most reliable vehicle to date. It gets decent gas mileage; I can get around 10 - 12 miles to the gallon in the city to about 15 - 20 on the highway. The body of my truck has been rusting pretty progressively since I purchased it about 7 years ago, but since my main purpose of this vehicle is to service my work needs of hauling tanks to and from job sites it works just fine for me. I plan on trying to convert the bed of my truck into a small camper that I am able to travel out of once I am able to get a new work truck; I'll make this my vacation vehicle.

Totally Chevy tough.
My father actually purchased this vehicle in 2007 and I inherited it when he passed a few months later. He had already backed in to a garage and put only a small dent in the tailgate. I thought it should have gotten more damage considering the speed. The body is tough! The Silverado has never given me issues until we had a flash flood in 2015. The truck was pretty much submerged in muddy water for a day or so. Upon filing my insurance claim I found out I was not covered for "Flash Flooding" I was devastated. It sat in my driveway for several months. Finally I started looking at manuals online and asking certified tech's where to start repairing it. Sense then I have replaced the ECM, BCM, gas tank, wheel sensors and so many more parts. Had the ECM flashed at the dealership and till this day the engine light will not go off. Use to have a constant ding alarm when the vehicle was started, but disconnecting the safety controls eliminated that. I love this truck not only because it was my fathers, but it has been reliable for me. It is Chevy Tough! I will drive it as long as it will let me.

They provided me with great service. They were very helpful in finding what i wanted for my price range, They weren't too pushy on selling me something i didn't want. All the staff was very nice and helpful. Would recommend others to go there for good service. I will be going back to get my next vehicle when i am ready to trade this one in for another one.
