I purchased my truck brand new in 2005. It had 9 miles on it and was the second time I bought a truck new. It is an extended cab, I love the space and the way the back doors open up wide to access the back. I have put over 100,000 miles on it and haven't had any major problems. There is plenty of power from the engine and I am very happy with its performance. I love the 2-tone paint and the leather interior. If something spills on the seats it is easily cleaned up, unlike cloth seats. There are a couple relatively small problems that have come up. The headliner isn't wrapped all the way around on the edges and now it is starting to peel off and sag near the doors. The air conditioner has a problem that was known by the manufacturer where the highest setting overheats the switc... (more)
Story
I took my family for a surprise picnic in the mountains. I loaded up a cooler with food and drinks, drove up to a nice quiet place up in the mountains and had a picnic on the tail gate.
Pros
Lots of space in the cab, great engine performance, and no major problems after 100,000 miles.
Cons
Air conditioner wires melted, headliner falling down, and light control panel not working correctly.

I love this truck! I love the color. It is a grey with metallic flakes and glistens in the sun! I like that it is roomy and holds our whole family of 6. It has performed great in the city and on long trips. The AC is especially cold which is important in sunny Arizona where it gets to be 120+ degrees. It even reached back to the crew cab area. We always feel safe because it is heavy duty. And, are able to move and haul using the bed. I also liked that the engine had a lot of pep. I was able to quickly speed up and merge onto the freeway with ease.
Story
I loved that my 120 lb. lab fit in the crew cab. The seat folded down and he was able to stand in the back and have the whole space to himself.
Pros
I like that it is good quality. It is easy to steer. It has an excellent stereo system and even has OnStar. The upholstery has held up well over time. We have had no major problems with anything. It even held up with transporting our 120 lb lab to numerous vet visits and trips. He just loved jumping into the crew cab area. The seat folded up and gave him room to stand and look out the window. He was ready for a ride when he saw it.
Cons
The only thing which is minor is that the dashboard has a minor crack. But, this is probably a result of the intense heat and sun here in Arizona. Otherwise, everything else is in excellent condition even after 7 years of use and multiple long trips to other states. And, lots of kids climbing in and out.

I didn't feel pushed into buying something I didn't want or couldn't afford. I worked with Gary and told him my budget and my needs and he showed me several cars that fit my needs. After deciding on my purchase he worked with me to get the price down to fit my budget more. I felt like he was honest and not just trying to make a buck, but was genuinely concerned that I walked away a satisfied customer.

I felt like the salesman was friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Although I am not stupid enough to think that he was nice to me for any other reason than the sale, I feel like he did a really good job making me feel otherwise. He did not make me feel pressured, answered all my questions (even the stupid ones), and looked very professional.
