2008 Chevrolet Tahoe - I love my Tahoe
I love the size of my vehicle. It has third row seating but it can be removed if you have a lot of items to pack. I have two kids and a dog so the size was important. The engine runs great and the accessories that come with it are amazing. It's definitely a luxury vehicle. I also love that it has a moon roof as well as a DVD player for long road trips.
Story
We got to take a road trip from Kalamazoo, mi to the upper peninsula. This was memorable and we had plenty of room for the kids to have their own space and the DVD player was a life saver. The dog even has his own seat and when he got cold we would turn on the seat warmer for him. He LOVED it!
Pros
The DVD Player for entertaining my children. A huge perk is that it has wireless headsets so I can still listen to music while they watch movies. The sound system is amazing! It's great that it has the option to turn the back speakers off if the kids are sleeping.
The leather interior is great for families. It is easy to clean so you don't have to worry about pesky stains over time.
The seats are heated in the first two rows. Major perk for Michigan winters.
Cons
I don't care for the wood trim inside. This is purely cosmetic. I also have had issues with the rims. They are chrome and the chrome is peeling which causes the tires to leak air.
There have been some problems with the windows/mirrors. I believe there is a faulty wire or motor somewhere.
2004 Chevrolet Tahoe - Great family vehicle
When we originally were in the market for a vehicle, we were looking for minivans or full-size cars. An SUV was never at the top of our list. One test drive of the Tahoe and I was sold. It had just as much room as the minivan we looked at but was more stylish, and seemed to be better suited for traveling and camping (which we do often in the Adirondack mountains). It's a smooth drive and comfortable.
Story
About a year ago, it was stolen from the parking lot of my husband's work. We had zero expectations of ever seeing it again, and we were looking at new vehicles. My son, who is seven, complained about every car we looked at. "It's not part of our family!" When we got a call from the police station that the car was found, and (surprisingly) not destroyed - it felt like a family member coming home!
Pros
Included stereo system integrated with Sirius Xm radio, OnStar ready, hands-free calling. The DVD system in the back seat is a savior for trips with our two young children.
Cons
The only negative I have to say about this vehicle would be the gas mileage, but I don't see it as much more than any of the minivans we looked at on the market.

We have worked with this dealership in the past. We received an excellent discounts, they went above and beyond and paid the balance on my previous vehicle that had the transmission shot in it to get us in a new car that was more suitable for our family and needs. Great sales man, everyone is super friendly, and they really do all that they can to get you in a newer vehicle.
2015 Chevrolet Cruze - Garber Chevrolet Midland
The salesmen that helped us was fantastic. He didn't jerk us around at all about our options and didn't treat us like dollar signs. All of the staff we encountered were equally friendly and helpful.
