I have a 2012 Chrysler 300S v-6. It's a beautiful car almost fully loaded, but it has many issues, some very dangerous that they know and won't fix or recall.
Story
The car is very pleasant to take road trips in. My buddies and I took it to South Padre last summer, and the whole experience was second to none.
Pros
First off, the car itself is beautiful. It has navigation, sunroof, leather, and all the bells and whistles. It gets excellent gas mileage with its eight-speed transmission and has a very smooth ride. Trunk space is okay compared to others in its class, and the wheels that come on the car are very stylish and brings the car out even more. It has a Beats sound system with included subwoofer, which is very impressive for a factory setup.
Cons
This vehicle has recall after recall. I've had the car almost a year, and I've already been through three recalls from the abs malfunctioning when they are wet to the airbags having a faulty sensor. Then, there's the alternator which malfunctioned on the 2nd of this month. It had smoke and fire coming from it, but they claim there was nothing wrong with the 180-amp alternators, but they did recall on the 160-amp alternators. My vehicle is equipped with the 180, which costs $500, plus labor, to replace.

2010 Chrysler 300 - Simple, but reliable.

My 2010 Chrysler 300 is a very simple car. There is not a whole lot of technology included in my trim level, but this car is very dependable! To me that is more important than technology, getting from point A to B with no problems. I drive in the city, and I have taken a road trip in this car. I drove about 6 hours alone with confidence, and security.
Story
I actually used my car to move before. I was moving out of a very small studio apartment, so I did not have many items. This car is so large, I was able to move all my boxes and clothes in 2 full loads. I saved money on movers! Lol.
Pros
The ride is very smooth. The suspension is excellent on this car. I honestly would upgrade in the future to a newer Chrysler 300. For a luxury car, the price is right. If I ever do need to get it fixed, the cost is minimal compared to foreign luxury. This car is very large car, so if I ever need to load up, I can. Also, living in Texas, where a lot of people have trucks, I don't feel as run down by them. I feel protected with a large car around me when I drive.
Cons
The only negative is the trim level I have, I don't have leather, and not as many features. That was my own choice though.
