The Chrysler 300M is a great running car. Mine is painted in a very classy burgundy color. It had all leather seats with seat warmers in the front. It came with some really nice custom rims. The car runs great. The odometer is close to 120,000 miles now. I have stepped on it a couple times and the car still pulls hard.
Story
One evening, me and my friends headed out to West Hollywood to visti Amoeba Records. We drove around for about an hour. Once we parked and started strolling the streets we went to eat. After that i drove all the way to Turnbull Canyon. We went to visit since we had heard it was haunted. Once we got there, none of my friends wanted me to park so we could on foot. We ended up staying for about 3... (more)
Pros
When I first bought the car it had close to 93,000 miles. Not bad for a 2001 model car. It's a 6 cylinder car with a 3.0 liter engine. My favorite feature about the car was the leather seats. It made the car look so much "'sexier" with the burgundy color and chrome rims. The car looks great for its lifetime.
Cons
One thing about this car is that the engine is very sensitive. You have to really be up to date on all your oil changes. The engine can start having problems really easy if you start lacking on getting your oil changed on time. I did this a few times and my car started leaking oil. Then after that it started overheating, and one time it just overheated so much the radiator ended up damaged.

2001 Chrysler 300M - Great for the money!

This is not what I expected at all from a car that's over a decade old. The exterior is the only thing that really alludes to this fact, because it's downright ugly, but the Special package really helps out in this area with the lowered stance and body kit. The interior is FANTASTIC...again, not what you'd expect from a 10+ year old Chrysler. The imitation carbon fiber, heated leather seats, and delicate-looking gauges make this car seem infinitely more modern. Ride quality is pretty good, too, but could be better. As far as power goes, I was also extremely surprised to find that this model is rated at 255hp, which can be lots of fun in combination with the ability to turn off traction control and the Autostick feature as well. This car isn't what you'd initially expect, as I've said, ... (more)
Pros
Holds its age extremely well. Factory HID headlights. Beautifully styled interior. Very powerful with fantastic gearing. Autostick feature is fun for spirited or adverse weather driving, and shifts very smoothly. Gas mileage is fantastic considering the amount of power output the car has. Nice exhaust note. Extra bells and whistles are in no short supply. Seats are very comfortable for long-range drives, and the heated feature is worth every dollar in the winter.
Cons
HID headlight range is somewhat limited. Car is enormous, both length and width, and is cumbersome to park and navigate in small spaces. Body kit combined with factory lowering options can be a little too low for some regions or in snowy weather. Relatively ugly exterior styling, but not unbearably so.
