The sales staff is friendly. They try to find a car that is right for you and don't try to sell you the highest priced car. They are open about pricing from the start. They have a great selection of cars used and new. If the local dealership doesn't have what you want they will order it from another location. I was able to test drive many cars without feeling rushed. Once I found the car I wanted they reviewed the car with me so I felt comfortable driving it the first time.
