I purchased this vehicle five years ago, in 2008, and I have been very pleased with it. Since the Sebring first came out, I have wanted one because I really like the style of the car, so I was excited to buy it. In the five years I have had this car, it has given me minimal problems. It has broken down only once, and it wasn't too expensive to fix (it was the alternator). I do have some problems with the acceleration at times, but nothing that makes the car impossible to drive or difficult to handle. It is a comfortable car with enough room and a large trunk space. It also has really great gas mileage. One thing I've had problems with is the tires. I don't know if this is because of something going on with the car itself, but I have had to get my tires replaced far more often than I've... (more)
Story
I used to drive my car to the mountains to go snowboarding. I was always really happy with my car being able to handle mountain terrain, including snow, even without chains on the tires. Another fun story is that I purchased this vehicle while living in South Carolina, and I drove it home across the country all the way to California!
Pros
I absolutely love the style of the car. Mine is a coupe, but there are also convertible models. It has good gas mileage, and I'm able to drive pretty decent distances even on less than a quarter of a tank. It performs well (i.e. drives smoothly a large majority of the time and I've had minimal problems with it's mechanics).
Cons
The acceleration acts strange sometimes, and the car doesn't drive very fast. The tires wear out very quickly and I have to get them replaced often.

2002 Chrysler Sebring - Too expensive, especially since the transmission breaks down too often & the inner feel of the car itself is nasty.

I like how the car at least does its job. The car's style isn't at all that great; rather, it is plane. The interior can be compared to a Grand Caravan. It was somewhat comfortable on the inside, but with the vehicle's driving capabilities, it may make you a bit nauseous. It has more room than the Kia Spectra, for example, but it isn't enough to be considered comfortable. There are a lot of funny noises that come from the engine itself. They aren't at all that bad to listen to, but not that great either. It performs as expected: weak engine. I'd say it was very fun to drive, but it isn't something I would take to the beach. The car's acceleration is a monster! It's great! However, the downfall is when it comes to braking and handling. The braking is a bit bad, because of the weight of ... (more)
Story
The funniest memory was running over the curb when doing a U-Turn.
Pros
The top positive things about this vehicle is the acceleration, and the cruise control simplicity. Very simple, and gets you to places.
Cons
You can't turn the wheel as much as any other car, and the doors can easily be unlocked with a hangar. I say it from experience being locked out of my own vehicle.
