I love my 2011 Chrysler Town and Country. My husband and I purchased the vehicle used. The exterior of my particular vehicle is a sparkly dark blue color, and the interior fabric is tan. I have two children, and this van provides plenty of room for two car seats plus a full bench in the back. This van drives very smoothly! The stow and go seats make it very easy to transport larger items or a whole bunch of stuff.
Story
The first great memory I have with this vehicle is taking it camping for the first time! We were able to fit both kids, the dog, and all of our camping gear perfectly!
Pros
I love that I can open both rear doors and the back hatch hands free with the key remote. Having a remote starter and heated seats are a huge pro as well. I love that the radio has a memory drive for downloading music. The van has a back-up camera which is really awesome to have. I also love that there are two DVD players which will come in handy when we take longer road trips. The stow and go seats are also extremely convenient. I am very happy with the amazing gas mileage, fuel economy setting, and the option to use the E85 fuel.
Cons
There is a bunch of really crappy music downloaded already! There were a few tears in the fabric as well.

Comfortable and relatively economical for a large V-6 coupled to a six-speed automatic with 132,000 miles on it. Definitely not a race car, but it's no slouch. Build quality is pretty good overall, but as with any seven year old vehicle, it's gained its share of minor squeaks and rattles over time. No major mechanical replacements or issue but some minor issues and normal wear and tear that have been fairly easy to repair and/or replace.
Story
Don't have any really fun stories to tell -- it's been a good daily driver, makes the three-hour, round trip once every two weeks to pick up kids from their mom and take them back and been pretty dependable so far.
Pros
Stow-n-go seats. When you want to haul something other than people, they're fantastic. Too bad the back seat can't do it as well, but that's no one's fault, just a consequence of design. Rear climate controls, so the people in back don't have to wait so long for heat or cooling. Stereo system is quite good for a stock setup. 4.0L V-6 is a decent enough balance of power and mileage. I get 18-20 city and 22-24 highway, and that's with 132K miles. Front and mid seats are comfortable enough for extended travel.
Cons
Power sliding doors have intermittent issues with getting "stuck" and not working in power mode. Thankfully they work fine manually. The lift gate window literally just crumbled while sitting in a parking lot. Not even using the lift gate or rear wiper at all. A/C system has a nasty tendency to corrode and leak, usually the rear system near where the lines bend and enter the vehicle body. Six-speed automatic is nice, but it's a bit uncertain and hesitant about kicking into passing gear. This might be age-related. Rear seat seems far less comfortable than the mid or front seats.

I thought that the customer service was the best part. We went in with a trade in and they were able to secure a great price for that. Then they were able to match us with a van at the price we told them we could afford. I appreciate that since many places try to get you to exceed your means. I would shop there again!

The dealership is very clean and spacious. The sales people are not pushy, and the credit team were quick and efficient. I was shown a variety of vehicles that would meet my needs, not just the most expensive one. They informed me of optional features, but not in a way that made me feel like they were trying to persuade me to buy them.
