Perfect family van
I fell in love with the Town and Country when my Expedition was in the shop for a bent frame after being rear-ended by a pickup truck. The rental we revived was a Town and Country. With four kids, everyone fit perfectly. Not only that, but by father had just passed away. My mom needed me to help her get all the plants and flowers from the funeral home. The stow-and-go seating made it a perfect fit for all the plants. So when the Expedition bit the dust, my husband and I searched online to find a Town and Country in our price range. We had to drive an hour to get it, but after test driving, we knew it was perfect. We bought our 2006 Town and Country with 130,000 miles on it. Our family does a lot of traveling because both sides of the family are out of town. On top of that, our children compete on a USA swim team. Surprisingly, our giant Expedition never had enough cargo room, but with the stow and go seating, and the large trunk space, we are always able to get our 10x10 canopy, lawn chairs, cooler, and our luggage in the car and leave plenty of leg room for the kids. With all the traveling we do, the van has not broken down on us a single time in town or out of town. Not that it doesn't need repairs, but our previous vehicle left us stranded many times with the same mileage range on it.

Would definitely purchase again
I really love this minivan. It is a moderately priced minivan, which makes it more accessible to all income levels. This minivan has so many pros. I love that all of the doors and the hatch can be opened by double clicking the buttons on the remote. What is great about that is that there has to be a double click. My kids can't get ahold of it and accidentally push a button and open a door. Also, the double DVD players are amazing. There is a screen for each row, and there are wireless headphones, so we don't have to listen to what the kids are watching. There is a ton of built-in storage that is extremely helpful when you have kids. Also, the stow-and-go seats are worth buying this van if for no other reason. When the seats are all down inside the floor, it is like having the ability to move things like you have a truck. While I love the car, there are a few things that I would change if I could. The first is the key. The key and the key fob are all in one. The problem is that a replacement or spare is $300, which seems insanely high. The other con to this car are the standard floor mats. I would suggest just tossing those and investing in a high quality floor mat. The standard floor mats are flimsy and tend to roll on the corners and edges.
